One required detail is still missing

Everything below describes how CreatorFlow AI Studio really works today. This detail is something this page is supposed to state and cannot state yet, so it is named here instead of being guessed at. It will be added before registration opens; in the meantime you can ask for it at aidenazraya@gmail.com.

  • Postal address — A service offered online from Sweden must publish the provider’s address in its country of establishment, under lagen om elektronisk handel (2002:562) §8.

1. Who operates CreatorFlow AI Studio

CreatorFlow AI Studio (“CreatorFlow”, “the Service”) is operated by Aiden Azraya, an individual based in Sweden. The operator is an individual, not a registered company, so there is no company registration number or VAT number to quote. Contact: aidenazraya@gmail.com. The Service is published at https://createflow-flax.vercel.app.

CreatorFlow is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by TikTok, and no statement in the Service or on this website should be read as TikTok having reviewed or approved it.

These terms form the agreement between you and the operator when you create an account or use the Service. If you do not accept them, do not use CreatorFlow.

2. What CreatorFlow does

CreatorFlow is a private workspace for preparing short-form video. It is built for independent creators and the small teams who work with them. It provides:

  • content ideas and drafts — titles, angles, hooks, scripts, captions and hashtags — kept privately in your workspace;
  • a private media library for videos you upload, checked against TikTok’s published format and length limits, with a generated thumbnail and technical metadata;
  • a calendar, where an idea can be given a planned date without anything being posted;
  • an optional AI assistant that drafts ideas, hooks, outlines, scripts, captions and hashtags from a brief you write;
  • a register of the TikTok accounts you manage, including accounts that have never been connected;
  • a connection to TikTok through TikTok’s official Login Kit, so the owner of an account can authorise CreatorFlow to act for it;
  • scheduling with an owner-approval step, and publishing through TikTok’s Content Posting API;
  • a three-day routine of timed, self-reported niche research for a newly connected account, and a five-minute self-reported review task after a video is published;
  • reporting built from authorised TikTok metrics or from figures you import yourself as CSV, with the source of every figure recorded.

Planning a post is not publishing it. Writing a draft, uploading a video and putting a date on the calendar happen entirely inside CreatorFlow. Nothing reaches TikTok until the account owner approves a specific post, as section 8 sets out.

3. What is available today

Parts of CreatorFlow depend on configuration, and on TikTok granting access. This table is generated from the deployment serving this page, so it describes what is actually available right now rather than what is planned.

FeatureStatusWhat that means
Planning, drafting, media library, calendar, workspacesAvailableAvailable to anyone with an account on this deployment.
Registration for new creatorsInvited testers onlyOnly addresses the operator has invited can complete registration. Everyone else is refused.
AI-assisted draftingAvailableDrafts are generated by an AI model provider, labelled as AI-assisted, and subject to the limits in section 9.
Connecting a TikTok accountDemo onlyThis deployment runs an offline mock of TikTok. The connection flow works against fictional accounts and no request reaches TikTok.
Publishing to TikTokNot availableNothing is sent to TikTok from this deployment. Approving a post moves it through the same states against the offline mock.

4. What CreatorFlow deliberately does not do

These limits are built into the software, not merely promised:

  • it does not create TikTok accounts, or email accounts of any kind;
  • it never asks for, stores or transmits a TikTok password;
  • it does not browse, scroll the For You feed, watch, like, follow, comment or otherwise interact with TikTok on anyone’s behalf. The onboarding and review timers measure time a person spends doing that work themselves and record what that person reports;
  • it does not generate artificial engagement, views, followers or impressions;
  • it does not attempt to bypass verification, rate limits, device checks, CAPTCHAs or account restrictions, and it does not rotate proxies or disguise where a request comes from.

No claim is made that the onboarding routine, the review routine, posting times or any AI suggestion will increase reach, followers or engagement. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee of performance.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. The limit is 18 because using CreatorFlow means accepting these terms and authorising publication to a TikTok account, which is a decision for an adult. No age verification is performed beyond this requirement and the statement you accept at registration.

An account needs a working email address, which you confirm by opening a link sent to it, and a password. You accept these terms and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box on the registration form; the box is not pre-ticked and registration is refused without it. The version you accepted is recorded with your account.

You are responsible for everything done under your sign-in and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell the operator at aidenazraya@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You may change your password or delete your account at any time in Settings.

6. Workspaces, roles and access

Your data lives in a workspace. Registering creates one workspace with you as its Owner. A workspace Owner can add other people who already have a CreatorFlow account, and gives each of them one role: Owner, Creator, Editor, Reviewer or Viewer. Only an Owner can add or remove members, change roles, delete the workspace or export all of its data.

Members of a workspace can see that workspace’s content. Members of other workspaces cannot: the separation is enforced by the database itself, not only by the application, so a mistake in application code does not expose one workspace to another.

Every TikTok account record has a designated owner. Only that person can authorise the account with TikTok, and only that person can approve an upload. Other members may prepare content but cannot approve on the owner’s behalf; the software enforces this rather than relying on convention.

There are no features for sharing a workspace publicly, publishing a workspace to the web, or joining a workspace without an Owner adding you.

7. Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights in the videos, captions, scripts, notes and other material you put into CreatorFlow. You grant the operator only the permission needed to run the Service for you: to store that material, read its technical metadata, generate a thumbnail from it, show it back to you and to the members of your workspace, and send it to TikTok when you approve a post. The permission lasts as long as you keep the material in CreatorFlow and ends when you delete it. There is no transfer or assignment of your rights, and no licence for any other purpose.

Your content is not used to train machine-learning models, is not sold, and is not shared for advertising.

By uploading or drafting material you confirm that:

  • you hold the rights to every video, image, sound, piece of music and person appearing in it, or are otherwise permitted to use it;
  • it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trade mark, privacy or personality rights;
  • it is not unlawful, and it does not breach TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines where you intend to publish it there.

If you believe material in CreatorFlow infringes your rights, write to aidenazraya@gmail.com with enough detail to identify it and the right concerned. Material found to be infringing will be removed, and repeated infringement will end access to the Service.

The CreatorFlow software, its design, its interface and its documentation remain the property of the operator. These terms give you no licence to copy, resell or redistribute them.

8. Connecting a TikTok account, and publishing

TikTok is an independent third-party service, operated by TikTok and not by the operator of CreatorFlow. Connecting an account is optional; everything in sections 2 and 3 marked available works without it.

By connecting a TikTok account you confirm that you own it, or are authorised by its owner to manage and publish to it.

Authorisation happens on TikTok’s own screens, where TikTok tells you which permissions are being requested and you choose whether to grant them. CreatorFlow asks only for the permissions the features enabled on this deployment actually need, and the Privacy Policy lists exactly which ones, what each returns and why. If the basic profile permission is not granted, the account cannot be connected at all.

Nothing is published without your approval. Nothing is sent to TikTok until the account owner approves a specific post. Approval records the exact account, video, caption, privacy level, interaction settings and scheduled time. If any of those change afterwards the approval is cleared and the owner must approve the new version. A scheduled post can be cancelled at any time before it is submitted. There is no setting that publishes on your behalf without that approval.

Immediately before submitting, CreatorFlow asks TikTok for the creator’s current posting options and refuses to send anything TikTok would reject. A post is reported as published only once TikTok confirms it; until then it is shown as processing.

You can withdraw authorisation at any time — in CreatorFlow, by choosing Disconnect on the account, or in your TikTok account settings. Either route stops all future access and deletes the stored tokens; the Privacy Policy describes exactly what each does. Authorisation can also expire, or be withdrawn by TikTok, in which case the account stops working until it is connected again.

Access to TikTok is governed by TikTok, not by the operator. TikTok may reject, delay, restrict or remove content, apply posting caps, change its APIs, or withdraw authorisation at any time, and CreatorFlow cannot publish in spite of that. No representation is made that TikTok has approved, endorsed or certified CreatorFlow, or that any particular API capability will be granted or will keep working.

When you publish through CreatorFlow, your content and your use of TikTok remain subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies, and to TikTok’s privacy policy as an independent controller of the data it receives.

9. AI assistance

When an AI model provider is configured, CreatorFlow sends the brief you type — the kind of draft you asked for, niche, topic, audience, tone, format, desired length, your instructions, and the working title and hook when you ask it to revise a draft you already have — to that provider, and returns the result to you. Your videos, your TikTok credentials and your TikTok account data are not sent.

AI output can be inaccurate, generic, unoriginal or unsuitable, and it can describe things that are not true. You must read and edit it before using it, and you remain responsible for what you publish — including any disclosure of AI-generated content that TikTok or the law requires. CreatorFlow marks AI-assisted drafts and can set TikTok’s AI-generated content label, but the decision is yours. Nothing drafted by the assistant is published automatically.

AI drafting is metered to keep costs predictable: there are limits per minute, per day and per workspace, and a cap on the length of each response. Reaching a limit refuses the request with a message; it does not affect anything you have already saved.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use CreatorFlow to:

  • publish to accounts you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
  • post unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, or content that breaks TikTok’s policies;
  • coordinate inauthentic behaviour, spam, or mass duplicate posting across accounts;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your relationship with a creator or with the operator;
  • probe, scan, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent its safeguards, rate limits or quotas;
  • upload malicious files, or use the media library as general file storage unrelated to content you are preparing;
  • resell or provide the Service to others without the operator’s agreement.

11. Price

CreatorFlow is provided free of charge. There is no paid plan, no subscription, no trial that converts into a payment, and no payment method is collected or stored — the Service contains no billing functionality at all. The fair-use limits in section 9 and the storage quota per workspace exist to keep the running costs bearable, not as an upsell.

If a paid plan is ever introduced, it will be announced in the Service and on this website before it applies, these terms will be updated, and nobody will be charged without agreeing to a price first. Using CreatorFlow today creates no payment obligation of any kind.

12. Availability, changes and third-party services

CreatorFlow is offered as it is and as it is available. There is no service level, no uptime commitment and no guaranteed response time. It is maintained by one person, so maintenance, outages and slow replies happen. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the Service may be suspended or discontinued. Where a change would remove something you rely on, or the Service is to be discontinued, the operator will give notice in the application and by email where reasonably possible, and in time for you to export your data.

CreatorFlow depends on services run by others — TikTok, and the hosting, database, queue, background-worker and AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their availability, changes, pricing and outages are outside the operator’s control, and the Service may be unavailable or degraded when they are.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The export in Settings → Data and privacy produces a machine-readable copy of your workspace at any time.

13. Suspension

Access to an account or a workspace may be suspended or ended where it is being used in breach of these terms, where use is unlawful, where it puts the Service or other users at risk, or where TikTok or the law requires it.

Except where immediate action is needed to stop harm, unlawful use or a security problem, the operator will write to the email address on the account first, say what the problem is, and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Where an account is suspended, you will be told why, you keep the right to ask for your data to be exported, and you can reply to that email to dispute the decision. Suspension is not used as a way to avoid these obligations.

14. Ending your use, and deleting your data

You may stop using CreatorFlow at any time, and you can delete your data yourself:

  • disconnect a TikTok account, which revokes the authorisation and deletes the tokens;
  • delete a TikTok account record, which removes its onboarding history, posts and reviews;
  • delete a video from the media library, which removes the stored file;
  • delete a whole workspace in Settings → Data and privacy, which removes its records and then its stored files;
  • delete your account in Settings → Account, which removes your sign-in, your profile and every workspace where you are the only member, together with its content and media.

Deleting your account is refused while you are the only Owner of a workspace that other people still use, so their work is not destroyed with your account: make someone else an Owner, or remove the other members, and then delete. What each action removes, what is kept and what the known limitations are is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms stop applying to you when your account is deleted, except for anything that by its nature survives — the limits on liability below, and any obligation that arose before deletion.

15. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated: to describe a change to the Service, to correct something, or because the law requires it. The effective date at the top of this page changes with them. Material changes will be notified in the application, and by email where reasonably possible, before they take effect. Continuing to use CreatorFlow after that date means accepting the revised terms; if you do not accept them, delete your account.

16. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, CreatorFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that any content it helps you prepare will perform in any way.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for lost reach, lost followers, lost income, missed or duplicated posts, content rejected, removed or restricted by TikTok, the loss or corruption of data you have not kept your own copy of, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Because the Service is provided free of charge, the operator’s total liability to you for anything connected with it is limited to the amount you have paid for it, which is nothing — except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intent and gross negligence, and any liability under mandatory consumer-protection law. If you use CreatorFlow as a consumer, the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence apply in full and are not affected by anything in this section.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, with the courts of Sweden as the venue. If you use CreatorFlow as a consumer resident in another country in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Before going to court, please write to aidenazraya@gmail.com: most problems are quicker to settle that way. Depending on the dispute and where you live, a national out-of-court consumer dispute-resolution body may also be able to consider it; in Sweden that body is Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (arn.se), which handles disputes arising out of a purchase and may therefore decline a dispute about a service provided free of charge. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform no longer exists: it was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
