Plan your next videos in one private workspace.

CreatorFlow AI Studio keeps your ideas, scripts, captions and source footage together, with a calendar for what comes next. It is built for independent TikTok creators and the small teams who help them, and it never asks for your TikTok password.

Registration is limited to invited testers while CreatorFlow prepares for launch.

What you can use today, and what is waiting on TikTok

Planning works now. Anything that touches a TikTok account needs TikTok to approve CreatorFlow first, and this page says so until it does.

  • Ideas and drafts

Titles, hooks, scripts, captions and hashtags, saved privately to your workspace and moved from idea to ready when you decide.

  • AI drafting

Turn a topic into hooks, outlines and captions with Claude. Drafts are labelled as AI-assisted, you edit everything, and daily limits apply.

  • Private media library

Upload videos you own or have rights to, with notes on their source. Only members of your workspace can open them.

  • Content calendar

Give each idea a planned date and see the month at a glance. Planning a date never posts anything.

  • Team workspace

Invite collaborators who have an account, as Owner, Creator, Editor, Reviewer or Viewer. Export or delete your data from Settings.

  • Your own analytics

Import the analytics you export yourself as CSV and compare posting times and topics, with sample sizes shown so small numbers are not over-read.

Depends on TikTok

  • Connect a TikTok account

    Demo only

Will use TikTok’s Login Kit once TikTok approves CreatorFlow. Until then the flow runs with fictional accounts and no request reaches TikTok.

  • Publish to TikTok

    Demo only

Will use TikTok’s Content Posting API, with your approval of every post, once TikTok approves it. Today the scheduler runs with fictional accounts and no request reaches TikTok.

  • Research routine and post reviews

Both start from a connected account, so they follow the status above.

How it works

  1. Set up your workspace

Invited testers create an account with their email and confirm it. Everyone else can join once registration opens.

  2. Plan and draft

Write ideas, hooks, scripts and captions yourself or start from an AI draft. AI-assisted drafts stay labelled, and nothing is used until you edit and save it.

  3. Prepare footage and dates

Upload the videos you own, check them against TikTok’s format limits, and put each idea on the calendar.

  4. Connect and approve

Connect your TikTok account through TikTok’s Login Kit. You approve the exact video and caption, and choose who can view it from the options TikTok gives your account.

    Demo only
  5. Publish and look back

CreatorFlow sends the approved post through TikTok’s Content Posting API and shows it as processing until TikTok confirms. Then you get an optional five-minute review checklist for the post.

Three-day research routine preview with fictional progress

A three-day research routine for new accounts

For each newly connected account you get one optional 45-minute session per local calendar day: look at creators and topics in your niche yourself, then note ideas and observations. It is a planning habit, not a way to influence TikTok.

Only the account owner can approve. Any edit after approval clears it, and a post is marked Published only when TikTok confirms it.

Post approval preview with a fictional account

The account owner approves every post

An editor can prepare and propose a post, but only the creator who owns the account can approve the exact video, caption and audience before anything is sent to TikTok.

Who it is for

You plan a week of videos at once

Draft five hooks on Sunday, attach the footage you already shot, and give each idea a day. The calendar shows the gaps before they become missed days.

You work with an editor

Your editor prepares drafts, captions and media in the shared workspace. Only you, as the account owner, can approve a post for your TikTok account.

You support a few creators

Keep each creator’s plans in one workspace with roles. Every creator connects and approves their own account; nobody shares a password.

What CreatorFlow will not do

No passwords
TikTok access goes through TikTok’s own authorization screen. CreatorFlow never asks for or stores your TikTok password.
No automation on TikTok
CreatorFlow does not create accounts, scroll feeds, watch, like, follow or comment. Timers record your own work.
No promises about reach
CreatorFlow helps you prepare. It does not promise views or followers, and it shows analytics only from data you or TikTok provide.
Not part of TikTok
CreatorFlow AI Studio is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

Questions

Does CreatorFlow cost anything?
There is no paid plan. If that changes, it will be announced here and in the Terms of Service before anyone is charged.
Can it publish to TikTok today?
Not yet. Will use TikTok’s Content Posting API, with your approval of every post, once TikTok approves it. Today the scheduler runs with fictional accounts and no request reaches TikTok.
Where is my data stored?
In Supabase, eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany). Uploaded videos stay private to your workspace. The Privacy Policy lists every service involved.
How do I leave?
Export your data or delete your account from Settings at any time. If you connected TikTok, you can also remove CreatorFlow from your TikTok settings.
